Join us as we approach a transformative affirmation meditation on January 1st, preparing to craft intentions for a well-rounded journey in the new year.
Guidelines:
- Physical Objective: Set a tangible goal, such as shedding 5 kilos through mindful nutrition and regular exercise.
- Etheric Forces: Focus on habit transformation, like committing to a device-free zone 2 hours before bedtime or incorporating stretching into daily waiting moments, such as while waiting for coffee.
- Spiritual Connection: Elevate your consciousness by nurturing your spiritual self through daily mindfulness, morning meditation, or reflective journaling.
Materials:
Bring three pieces of quality paper, where we’ll transform our intentions into affirmations. Draw these affirmations beautifully, taking them home to place in a spot you see every day. trust me, this is better than hollow resolutions!
Some examples of how affirmations could look like:
🌟 Stretching Affirmation:
“While coffee brews, I stretch with purpose. These intentional moments of self-care infuse my day with energy and balance. I affirm my commitment to mindful stretches, fostering well-being and self-love in every movement. ☕️
🌟 Balancing Affirmation:
“As I brush my teeth, I stand on one leg with grace. In this simple act, I cultivate balance and mindfulness. Each morning, I affirm my commitment to intentional movements, grounding myself in the present moment. 🦵
🌟 Angerless Affirmation :
I am a beacon of tranquility. In challenging moments, I choose serenity over anger. My reactions are grounded in patience and understanding. Today and every day, I embrace peace, fostering harmonious connections with myself and others. 🌿
🌟 Mindful Affirmation:
In every breath, I cultivate inner peace. Through daily meditation and gratitude, I embrace the serenity within, allowing my spirit to flourish. Today and every day, I am grounded, present, and connected to the sacred rhythm of life.

There’s a special resonance in beginning the new year with yoga, so following our meditation, we’ll enjoy a mini yoga session from 5 pm to 5:30 pm. You’re welcome to join for both or choose the one that aligns with your intentions.
