How much does it costs?
I strive to make my classes affordable for everyone. For instance, with a monthly subscription, you can join an interactive online class for as low as $7*
I also offer free trial sessions!
How long are the online sessions?
Typically, each session runs between 60-70 minutes.
Additionally, I am available for personal check-ins, conversations, and individual feedback or guidance, either 10 minutes before or after the session.
Will I get individual attention online?
Absolutely!

I ensure a personalized experience by limiting the number of students per class, facilitated by a large screen for clear interaction. Additionally, new students benefit from a monthly 10-15 minute private check-in session.
Recognizing the significance of mentorship, especially at the beginning of one’s yoga journey, is crucial for fostering growth and understanding.
What do I need to prepare for an online yoga session?
Here’s what you’ll need to prepare for an online session:
1. Yoga Mat: A comfortable surface for your practice.
2. Cushion: To support and enhance your seated postures.
3. Yoga Block: Useful for modifying poses and providing additional support.
4. Belt: A versatile tool for improving flexibility and alignment.
5. Steady Internet Connection: Ensure a reliable connection for uninterrupted participation.
6. Device with a Camera: Use a device with a camera for interactive sessions.
Place your setup ideally a couple of meters away from you, allowing me to observe your entire body during sitting or standing postures.
Let’s make this virtual practice space as effective and comfortable as possible!
What if I am just beginning?
Everybody starts somewhere, no matter how stiff you are by continuing practice your body will respond. It’s important to not compare with others and be kind to your body by acknowledging and embracing your limits.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please inform me of any limitations, medical conditions, or surgeries that may restrict you from performing certain movements.
This information is crucial for your safety and well-being during our sessions.
What if I want to pause and start again?
Feel free to pause or restart your practice whenever needed!
If you’re going away or have any foreseeable changes, just give me a heads-up as soon as you’re aware. You also have the flexibility to adjust your subscription level at any point during the year. The key is open communication!
Please note that changes in your subscription plan will reflect in the following month.

What style of Yoga do you teach?
My unique yoga experience is primary style is rooted in Hatha yoga, enriched with influences from various traditions, such as Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, martial arts, and even eurythmy.
Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate practitioner, I offer alternative versions of asanas to accommodate all levels.
Each session is crafted with a specific focus on a particular part of the body, allowing for a holistic and targeted practice. Beyond physical postures, our sessions incorporate breathing exercises (Pranayama), meditations, and mantras, providing a well-rounded experience that extends beyond the mat.
As we journey through the practice, I encourage exploration and adaptation, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported. And, of course, every session concludes with the serene relaxation of Shavasana, offering a peaceful integration of the practice into your being.
