A winter poem, by a yogi in Italy (English & Italian)

On this quiet winter night’s embrace,
A yogi sends a gentle grace.
Breathe in calm, let go of stress,
Allow peace and joy to bless.

As snowflakes twirl, so bright and free,
Embrace the stillness, let light be.
In every breath and every pose,
Find hope that grows and darkness goes.

Amid the carols, softly hum,
The timeless sound of “Aum, Aum.”
Inside and out, the magic flows,
In every warrior, spirit glows.

May yoga guide you through the days,
With every stretch, chase fear away.
So on this festive evening’s gleam,
Believe in light and hopeful dreams.

In ogni respiro e in ogni posizione,

manipura: The 3rd chakra

Your intentions, dreams, and desires are the raw, cold iron. To turn that cold iron into a sword of truth or a shield of resilience, you need heat. If the fire in the forge is weak or flickering (a blocked chakra), the iron remains heavy and immovable; you feel lethargic, stuck, and victim to circumstance.

The Garden of Samskaras: Cultivating Seeds of Transformation

In the ancient wisdom traditions of India, the mind is often compared to a field—a Kshetra. But I prefer to think of it as a garden. In this garden, the soil is composed of our memories and experiences, and buried deep within this soil lie the Samskaras.

The Yoga of Breath: Tuning the Invisible Symphony of Prana

Greetings, fellow travelers on the inward path. If you were to sit in absolute stillness, in a room devoid of all external noise, what would you hear? Beyond the settling of the walls and the hum of the distant city,...
