- Raqs Sharqi and Ecstatic Dance with Emy – Unlock the wisdom of the body through movement and your gaze will be brighter, your muscles less contracted, your breathing fluid. By freeing the body we will bring out Shakti.
- Guided Meditations with Aroonji – Connect to the sacred feminine within through visualization and deep presence.
🎨 Creative & Reflective Practices
- Artistic Workshop – Express your feminine essence through creative work.
- Journaling Prompts – Reflect on your personal relationship with feminine energy:
- For Women: What is my role as a woman in this time and place?
- For Men: Where do I find Shakti within me? How can I honor it?
🌸 Sacred Rituals & Tantra Elements
- Goddess worship (Flower Ritual) – Honoring beauty, nature, and the goddess within.
- Tantric Practices – soul gazing, breath synchronization, and connection.
🔥 Closing Ceremony & Celebration
- Bonfire & Lantern Ceremony – Releasing old patterns and setting intentions for deeper feminine embodiment.
- Community Potluck Dinner (optional) – Community Dinner is 7pm onwards: if you are staying, Bring a dish to share or donate to support the meal preparation. Open to all, including friends, family and musicians!
