Yogasole – Rules and Policies
Dear Yogis,
To foster a safe and harmonious environment for both our students and staff, w’ve established the following rules and policies. We kindly ask you to read and adhere to these guidelines during your time at our studio. Your participation is subject to these terms and conditions.
General Policies:
1. Liability Waiver:
– All students must sign a liability waiver before participating in classes at our studio. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks associated with yoga and releases Yogasole and its staff from liability.
2. Respect:
– Please treat all individuals with respect and kindness. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Safety:
– Safety is our top priority. Follow instructors’ guidance, and inform them of any medical conditions or injuries before class. Stop any activity if it causes pain or discomfort.
4. Timeliness:
– Arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class to minimize disruption.
Payment Policies:
1. Refunds and Cancellations:
– Understand and follow our refund and cancellation policies, which may vary depending on the type of class or membership.
2. Fees:
– Pay all class fees, membership fees, and any other applicable charges promptly.
3. Drop-in Pass Expiry:
– The 5-session pass is valid for 2 months, and the 10-session pass is valid for 4 months. Exceptions can be made in case of exceptional circumstances.
4. Cell Phones:
– Turn off or silence your cell phone before entering the studio space.
5. Shoes:
– Remove your shoes before entering the studio area and leave them in designated areas.
6. Personal Belongings:
– Secure your personal belongings in provided storage spaces or areas designated by staff.
7. Photo and Video:
– Photography and videography may occur during classes and events. By attending, you grant Yogasole the right to use your image for promotional and advertising purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform the instructor or staff.
Cancellation and Schedule Changes:
- Class Changes:
– Yogasole reserves the right to change class schedules when necessary. We will notify you of any changes.
- Cancellation by the student:
– All cancellations made by yoga students within 24 hours of the session will be considered paid sessions.
Amendments:
1. Changes to Rules and Policies:
– Yogasole may amend these rules and policies. Notice of changes will be communicated to all members and posted in the studio.
– Misconduct: Yogasole reserves the right to terminate the membership or attendance of any individual for misconduct or failure to adhere to these rules and policies.
Governing Law:
1. Italian Law:
– These rules and policies are governed by Italian law, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Italian regulations.
Please carefully review and acknowledge your understanding of these rules and policies. Your participation in our yoga studio signifies your acceptance of these terms. By signing up for Yoga sessions with Aroonji and Yogasole, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by Yogasole’s rules and policies.
